📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for a multidisciplinary squad of developers, architects, and QA engineers • Make system and software architecture decisions • Ensure technical quality, development standards, and best practices • Serve as the technical point of contact for the client • Work closely with the Product Owner on prioritization and refinement • Participate in a long-term strategic project involving architectural refactoring, infrastructure modernization, and the development of new services in a large-scale environment

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Tech Leader or Software Architect working with highly available systems • Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and the data lifecycle • Experience with AI-driven development practices, test automation, and CI/CD • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders • Seniority and experience to navigate complex, legacy environments with multiple dependencies • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and the modernization and refactoring of legacy systems • Experience working as a Tech Lead or Software Architect, providing technical leadership to squads in highly available environments
