📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITSM, and other business processes • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues across ServiceNow modules • Develop and enhance ServiceNow reports, dashboards, applications, modules, and workflows • Implement and maintain ServiceNow capabilities including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Virtual Agent, and Now Assist • Gather and translate requirements with IT and business stakeholders • Design, develop, and manage third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and JavaScript • Own end-to-end delivery from requirements through development, testing, and deployment • Ensure platform security, compliance, stability, performance, and IT governance adherence • Provide technical support, end-user training, and platform guidance • Lead initiatives independently in an Agile delivery model and stay current with ServiceNow releases and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to translate requirements into technical deliverables • Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, PowerShell, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, and CSS • Experience with scripting and workflow automation in ServiceNow • Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, SPM, or other ServiceNow modules • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and MID Server • Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile project management methodologies • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments; mandatory • Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud and on-premises applications • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-HRSD, and CIS-SPM certifications required • ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping knowledge is a plus
