📋 Description

• Manage daily operational activities, follow-ups, and open actions • Coordinate between customers, Operations, Engineering, Support, Sales, Finance, and field teams • Track installations, deployments, service activities, and customer requests • Identify blockers, escalate issues, and drive tasks through to completion • Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and operational reports • Support customer communication and technical troubleshooting • Coordinate technicians, installers, and external service providers when required • Improve operational processes and support cross-functional projects

🎯 Requirements

• ~5 years of proven experience in Operations, Technical Operations, Customer Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role • Strong ownership, organization, and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal English • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-moving environment • Strong technical orientation and ability to understand hardware, software, and system workflows • Ability to read technical documentation, installation guides, and system diagrams • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills • Experience with CRM, ERP, ticketing, or project-management systems • Experience with hardware installations, deployments, field service, or technical operations • Experience troubleshooting hardware or connectivity issues • Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk • Experience in maritime, shipping, logistics, industrial technology, or another operationally complex environment • Experience working with enterprise customers or international service providers
