📋 Description

• Architect and implement robust, scalable solutions; evaluate the current codebase and propose solutions to address risks and concerns • Optimize app performance for a seamless user experience • Evaluate new AI frameworks and tools to improve the development lifecycle • Act as technical lead for the mobile development pod • Mentor and conduct code reviews for mid-level developers • Set coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for AI-powered mobile solutions • Identify technical debt and risks and propose mitigation strategies • Lead architecture discussions for a modular, testable mobile platform ready for rapid AI integration • Collaborate with Product and Backend teams to design APIs serving AI features • Manage and facilitate communication with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers • Manage customer communication about technical constraints and translate complex technical jargon into business-friendly language

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in mobile development (Native iOS with Swift/Objective-C and/or Native Android with Kotlin/Java) • Proven experience leading a technical project or mentoring junior engineers • Demonstrated experience shipping applications that utilize AI/ML • Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Bitrise) • Familiarity with automated testing (Unit, UI, and Integration tests) • Strong knowledge of performance profiling and memory management on mobile devices • Experience with Generative AI • Native mobile expertise is mandatory • Published apps in the App Store/Google Play with significant user bases
