📋 Description

• Lead client engagement and act as the primary point of contact for client-related needs in the Korea market • Act as the link between clients and the Korean market • Report market trends and provide market information • Address client queries regarding trading and available instruments • Train new clients on company platforms and trading tools • Provide clients with technical and fundamental analysis guidance • Continuously provide market updates • Understand client needs and trading profiles to provide support and guidance • Cross-sell company services to improve clients' experience • Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve issues and report faults • Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention, and re-activation

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2 year's previous experience within the Forex sector • Fluent in Korean and English Languages • Excellent communication and organizational ability • Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business • Ability to work under pressure • In-depth knowledge of the financial markets, both technically and fundamentally • Understanding of technical and fundamental analysis • Knowledge of trading and available financial instruments • Ability to train clients on company platforms and trading tools
