📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend APIs and services in Java • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code • Participate in refinement sessions, sprint planning, and code reviews • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Frontend teams • Implement integrations with internal and third-party services • Monitor and optimize application performance and security • Contribute to the evolution of the architecture and the team’s best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Java (8 or higher) in backend projects • Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL and MySQL) and SQL • Proficiency with Git and agile development practices • Familiarity with automated testing (unit and/or integration tests) • Experience with microservices and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments • Knowledge of observability tools (logs, metrics, and APM) • Previous experience working on high-scale digital product teams • Active participation in communities, open-source projects, or tech talks
