📋 Description

• Design and evolve the architecture of distributed systems and integrations • Define engineering standards, guidelines, and best practices • Support teams in selecting technologies, frameworks, and tools • Lead architecture, code, and performance reviews • Ensure the security, scalability, observability, and resilience of solutions • Work closely with product and business teams to align technical solutions with strategy • Mentor developers and tech leads, raising the team’s technical capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a System Architect or Software Architect in complex environments • Previous experience as a senior backend developer using Java, .NET, Node.js, Go, or similar technologies • Extensive knowledge of microservices architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, and messaging • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps/CI/CD practices • Experience with observability (logs, metrics, and tracing) and performance optimization • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Availability to work full-time as an independent contractor (PJ) • Nice to have: Previous experience working on high-scale products or mission-critical environments • Nice to have: Experience with event-driven architecture and streaming (Kafka, etc.) • Nice to have: Knowledge of application security and compliance • Nice to have: Experience with enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar) • English proficiency for reading and participating in technical discussions
