📋 Description

• Play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations ERP system to enhance business operations. • Identify, analyze, resolve, and document complex system-related problems with system users. • Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the ERP system. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required to effectively perform the duties of this role. • 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in supporting, managing, or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP system. • Proficiency with Dynamics 365 finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Project Management in Accounting, and Tax processing. • Strong proficiency in system configuration, customization, and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
