📋 Description

• The GTM Financial Analyst – Salesforce Spiff Operations is responsible for the end‑to‑end design, administration, validation, reporting, and optimization of Salesforce Spiff incentive programs. • This role sits at the heart of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations and ensures the accuracy and effectiveness of incentive compensation workflows. • The analyst will partner closely with GTM leadership to drive data integrity, improve compensation processes, support financial analysis, and optimize overall revenue performance within a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in FP&A, Sales Finance, Revenue Operations, or Sales Compensation. • Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting; preferred experience with Salesforce Spiff. • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. • Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, retention, quota attainment). • Ability to work cross‑functionally in a dynamic GTM environment. • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
