📋 Description

• Ship complete, production-ready features end-to-end across backend APIs, frontend UI, database schema, and tests • Build and improve internal AI-powered developer tools, including automated bug triage, code generation assistants, and agentic workflows • Integrate LLM APIs and agentic patterns such as tool use, multi-step reasoning, and prompt pipelines into product features and internal systems • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and developer infrastructure • Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions • Contribute to engineering standards on a small, collaborative team • Debug and resolve production issues across the stack, including GCP services and containerized workloads • Work closely with the core engineering team in sprints, standups, and Slack channels

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience shipping production software • Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python • Comfortable working across backend and frontend • Experience with React and modern frontend frameworks; Next.js preferred • Solid understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL • Knowledge of REST or GraphQL API design • Practical experience building with LLM APIs and having shipped something with them • Working knowledge of Git workflows, Docker, and containerized environments • Strong communication skills in English; able to write clearly and engage well asynchronously • Experience with agentic architectures, tool use, agent loops, multi-step LLM pipelines, LangGraph, or CrewAI preferred • CI/CD experience, including GitHub Actions, deployment pipelines, environment management, or infrastructure-as-code preferred • Familiarity with GCP, including Cloud Run, GCS, Pub/Sub, or BigQuery, preferred • Experience with RAG systems, vector search, or embedding pipelines preferred • Background working alongside ML or data engineering teams preferred • Prior experience in a remote, async-first environment with a US-based team preferred
