• Provide professional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Prepare, issue, and track building contracts, variations, and related documentation • Coordinate client onboarding by gathering project information, permits, and compliance requirements • Liaise with internal teams such as estimating, design, and site supervisors to ensure project readiness • Maintain accurate client and project records in CRM and project management systems • Follow up on contract signatures, deposits, and progress payments • Support with compliance and warranty documentation submissions • Perform general administrative duties to assist the building and project management team
• Experience in customer service or contract administration within the building or construction industry (required) • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and document management tools • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
