• Manage the e-commerce website • Execute digital marketing campaigns • Track performance across multiple channels • Build and send email campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar • Manage lists, segments, and A/B testing • Set up automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) • Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website performance • Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, variants) • Manage and support Google Shopping Ads and Google Ads campaigns • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
• 4+ years experience in digital marketing or e-commerce roles • Strong experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce) • Proven experience in email marketing and automation • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and tracking setup • Experience with SEO and website optimisation • Experience managing Google Shopping Ads or Google Ads • Familiarity with Google Search Console • Experience in social media marketing and content management • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools • Strong written and verbal English communication • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
