• Must-Haves (Required) • - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or content creation • - Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing social media and website copy • - Exceptional written English skills with strong attention to tone and grammar • - Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy (headlines, hooks, CTAs) • - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently • - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Nice-to-Haves (Preferred) • - Experience with social media scheduling tools and content calendars • - Familiarity with SEO principles and website copy optimization • - Experience working in startups or high-growth environments • - Exposure to brand systems and content strategy development • - Ability to attend occasional in-person sessions in Metro Manila • Tools ProficiencyMust-Haves (Required) • - Google Workspace, Slack, Notion or similar documentation tools • Nice-to-Haves (Preferred) • - n8n, Manus, Claude, social media scheduling tools, SEO tools
