• Develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy • Map full-funnel journeys: Awareness Consideration Conversion Retention • Identify growth opportunities across all digital channels • Build and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels • Develop email nurture sequences and lifecycle marketing flows • Implement CRM and automation systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo) • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn • Manage budgets, creative testing, and performance tracking (ROAS, CPA, CPL) • Build and manage campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows • Segment audiences and improve engagement across the customer lifecycle • Oversee content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-performing content • Own SEO roadmap including keyword research and content planning • Track and report on traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI • Continuously optimise campaigns and funnels based on performance data
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end digital marketing • Proven track record in building funnels, running paid ads, and scaling campaigns • Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRO, and performance marketing • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads • Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) • Familiarity with CRM/automation tools (GoHighLevel preferred) • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
