• Support day-to-day IT operations across systems, users, and infrastructure • Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies through Azure AD / Entra ID • Monitor and maintain Windows Servers (on-premise and/or cloud) • Assist with backups, patching, updates, and system performance • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and switches • Provide Level 1–2 support across hardware, software, and access issues • Support onboarding/offboarding including device setup, email, and system access • Maintain IT documentation, user guides, and support processes
• 3–5+ years experience in IT support / systems administration • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments • Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory / Azure AD • Experience with network troubleshooting (routers, firewalls, VPNs) • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
