📋 Description

• Developing and executing SEO strategies that increase visibility across NSW and drive high-intent enquiries within the construction and joinery sector. • Conduct keyword research targeting Australian search terms • Develop structured SEO roadmap for service-based growth • Identify competitor ranking gaps within the NSW market • Target location-based keywords (e.g., custom kitchens NSW, CNC cutting near me) • Rewrite and optimise service pages for conversions • Improve on-page SEO (headings, metadata, internal linking) • Develop high-converting landing pages • Optimise product and service descriptions • Ensure content aligns with Australian terminology and standards • Write SEO-optimised blog articles targeting builders, cabinet makers, renovators, and DIY customers • Create educational and technical content • Optimise Google Business Profile content • Write Google Ads landing page copy • Assist with email marketing content • Support alignment of website and social content • Improve conversion pathways across the website

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience writing SEO content for Australian businesses (ESSENTIAL) • 2–3+ years Australian SEO content writing experience (ESSENTIAL) • Proven ability to rank service-based businesses • Strong understanding of Australian consumer search intent • Experience using SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.) • Strong WordPress experience • Ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused copy
