• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with AU market trends • Build structured monthly content calendars • Plan campaign rollouts aligned with business objectives • Identify local audience targeting opportunities • Create engaging, conversion-focused content • Write compelling captions tailored to AU audiences • Oversee graphics and short-form video production • Maintain consistent brand voice • Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (if applicable) • Ensure consistency across all channels • Manage Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns • Build conversion-focused funnels • Optimise cost per lead (CPL) • Conduct A/B testing and campaign refinements • Track engagement, reach, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROI • Provide monthly reporting with actionable insights • Optimise campaigns based on performance data • Manage comments and inbox professionally • Monitor brand reputation • Engage with local audiences and relevant communities
• Minimum 2 years experience managing Australian-based social media accounts (ESSENTIAL) • Strong understanding of Australian consumer behaviour • Experience using Meta Business Suite • Hands-on paid ads management experience • Canva or Adobe Suite proficiency • Strong copywriting skills • Data-driven mindset • Experience in construction industry (Highly Regarded) • Lead generation campaign experience • Basic video editing skills
