📋 Description

• Make outbound phone calls to clients regarding payment status and overdue accounts • Contact references and guarantors when required to assist in collection efforts • Send payment reminders via phone, email, or messaging in a professional and courteous manner • Document all client communication and follow-up activity accurately in the CRM or tracking system • Negotiate payment arrangements when appropriate and follow through to ensure compliance • Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, account updates, and payment posting • Verify client information, account details, and payment history to support collections efforts • Update records to reflect payment commitments, promises to pay, and outcomes of communication • Assist with account reconciliation and tracking of outstanding balances • Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding collections • Provide regular reports on collections activity and status of accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 2 Years of Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service-related roles • Strong phone presence and confidence making outbound calls • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities • Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and empathetically • Comfortable tracking data, updating records, and managing follow-ups • Proficient with CRM or account management systems
