• Make a high volume of outbound phone calls and emails daily • Reach out to hospitals, daycares, nurses, healthcare providers, and other organizations not currently using our services • Identify decision-makers and qualify potential clients • Educate prospects on background check services and other offerings • Set appointments and schedule follow-up calls for the sales team • Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM • Research and build targeted prospect lists for ongoing outreach • Consistently follow up with leads to move them through the sales process • Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity and appointment-setting goals
• Up to 2 years of Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting • Strong phone presence and written communication skills • Comfortable making a high volume of calls and emails • Ability to research and identify new prospect opportunities • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills • Results-driven and motivated by performance goals.
