📋 Description

• Develop and manage social media content and campaigns that align with the clinic’s brand, services, and overall marketing goals • Support the CMO with general marketing strategies, initiatives, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing activities • Create, schedule, publish, and manage engaging content across relevant social media platforms • Develop content that effectively promotes cosmetic surgery, dermatology, treatments, procedures, and patient-focused services • Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, trends, and campaign results to identify opportunities for growth • Collaborate with the CMO and internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and new service launches • Maintain a consistent, professional, and healthcare-appropriate brand voice and visual presence across digital channels • Stay current on social media trends, healthcare marketing practices, and cosmetic surgery/dermatology industry developments to support ongoing growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar marketing role, preferably within healthcare, medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or dermatology • Strong understanding of social media management, content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing strategies • Experience supporting broader marketing strategies and collaborating closely with a CMO or senior marketing leadership • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to represent a professional healthcare brand • Creative, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
