📋 Description

• Technical governance for high-complexity programs. • Define and institutionalize playbooks for development productivity. • Act as the ultimate technical authority in "Expert Services". • Lead high-level technical discovery and negotiation. • Establish global standards for Prompt Engineering and AI-native best practices. • Coach and enable customer/partner Tech leads. • Perform system audits and architectural health assessments. • Drive public thought leadership through articles and conference talks. • Identify and mitigate architectural risks across multiple project portfolios. • Translate visionary business goals into multi-stream delivery plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering. • Expert-level knowledge of Agentic architectures, including massive-scale orchestration, memory management, and reasoning structures. • Mastery of the OutSystems Agentic Platform and associated stacks (.NET, CSS, JS, SQL). • Advanced knowledge of DevOps strategy and automated delivery lifecycles. • OutSystems Expert Developer + Advanced AI/Architecture certifications.
