📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs • Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and other engineering teams on system architecture and requirements • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime • Lead code reviews and promote best engineering practices • Mentor and support junior engineers • Continuously improve system design, reliability, and development processes • Build infrastructure that powers the platform at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field • 5+ years of experience in backend development • Active and proficient use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) to streamline coding practices, accelerate learning curves, and optimize workflows • Strong experience building scalable, production-grade systems • Proficiency in Node.js • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases • Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code • Bonus: Experience in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud Security domain • Bonus: Hands-on experience with modern cloud environments (AWS/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes
