📋 Description

• Bridge engineering and the commercial side of the product within the Customer Focus Group (CFG) • Translate customer needs into the product • Build new features • Resolve pressing technical issues • Contribute to development, architecture, and product activities • Focus on infrastructure, performance, and customer satisfaction • Interact directly with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Backend architecture — microservices, API design, and design patterns (deep understanding) • Node.js / TypeScript proficiency (or other relevant backend languages) • SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience scaling systems for high-volume data processing • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services — serverless computing, managed databases • 5+ years of backend development, with a strong focus on customer-centric products • Proven problem-solving with a track record of performant, scalable solutions • Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines • Excellent collaboration and communication with globally distributed teams • Security / AppSec domain familiarity (nice-to-have) • Customer-facing / pre-sales technical experience (nice-to-have) • Experience bridging product and engineering (nice-to-have)
