📋 Description
• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel. • Extract, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making. • Produce monthly KPI, performance, and trend reports tailored for executive and board audiences. • Translate complex data into clear visualisations, insights, and narrative summaries. • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data used in executive reporting. • Support quarterly planning cycles through data analysis, forecasts, and performance reporting. • Continuously improve reporting frameworks, metrics, and dashboards based on business needs. • Work closely with senior leadership and Board members to understand reporting requirements and priorities. • Prepare data-driven content for board packs and quarterly planning materials, ensuring clarity and relevance. • Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to support timely and accurate executive reporting.
🎯 Requirements
• College degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related discipline • Proven experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or reporting-focused role • Demonstrated experience producing executive-level dashboards, KPI reports, and insights • Experience working with senior leadership or Board-level stakeholders, with an understanding of executive reporting expectations • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (dashboard design, visuals, data modelling and processing) • Strong Presentation skills – specifically PowerPoint. • Ability to understand business context and apply data to explain it.
