🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of work experience in sales desirable, but career changers are welcome • Experience selling complex services or software solutions is an advantage • Interest in New Work, transformation, and HR • Self-initiative – you don’t wait for tasks, you proactively drive things forward • Creativity and enthusiasm for storytelling to engage customers emotionally • Ability to think strategically and optimize sales processes • A confident, engaging presence at events, on video, and on social media
