📋 Description

• Own the entire AI creative workflow from research and concept development to final delivery • Produce high-converting AI-powered paid ads for DTC and eCommerce brands • Research competitors, customer avatars, and winning advertising angles • Develop direct-response concepts, scripts, and creative briefs designed to drive customer acquisition • Generate realistic AI UGC ads, AI spokesperson videos, and product-focused creatives using modern AI tools • Refine AI-generated outputs for character consistency, product accuracy, environments, camera movement, and realism • Edit high-performing Meta and TikTok advertisements using strong hooks, product storytelling, captions, pacing, and clear calls-to-action • Produce multiple creative variations for rapid creative testing • Analyze creative performance and iterate based on winning patterns • Stay current with emerging AI creative tools, advertising trends, and winning DTC creatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English communication skill is mandatory • At least 3 years of experience creating paid advertising creatives for DTC or eCommerce brands • Career primarily focused on Meta ads, TikTok ads, AI UGC ads, product ads, and direct-response advertising • Experience producing hundreds—ideally thousands—of paid advertising creatives throughout your career • Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, messaging, product demonstrations, and creative testing that drive paid-ad conversions • Experience working in fast-paced creative environments where new concepts and iterations are produced daily • Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software • Experience with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms • AI should already be part of your daily production workflow—not something you’re currently learning • General video editing, cinematic, YouTube, documentary, podcast, wedding, corporate, and motion graphics portfolios without paid advertising experience will not be considered
