📋 Description

• Review AI-drafted text messages daily and approve, edit, or rewrite them before sending. • Identify patterns across conversations and determine their causes. • Update brand prompts and playbooks, then test changes before launch. • Respond to brand requests and convert them into playbook updates. • Support new brand launches through brand research, persona and opening-message creation, and offer validation. • Run and track A/B tests and report results. • Learn the company console, approval queue, playbook system, prompt workflows, Shopify basics, discount codes, and A/B testing practices.

🎯 Requirements

• You read people well and can identify whether a shopper is ready to buy, has a question, or is done, then reply naturally. • Sales instinct: answer objections and ask for the sale without arguing or pushing the customer away. • Curiosity about data and ability to analyze conversation tables, compare volumes, identify anomalies, and investigate causes. • Ability to fix root causes by identifying missing facts, vague rules, or conflicting instructions and updating them. • Comfortable regularly using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools and understanding prompt effects. • Responsive during working hours and quick to respond in Slack. • Learns new tools quickly and welcomes feedback. • Nice to have: sales experience (SDR, BDR, retail, or another role with a close rate), customer support, or live chat experience. • Nice to have: experience at a DTC brand or ecommerce agency. • Nice to have: familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, or similar tools. • Nice to have: spreadsheet skills or basic SQL. • Nice to have: something built or automated with AI independently.
