âą Review ad performance weekly and identify which hooks, angles and formats are working âą Write briefs and scripts for video and static ads, including UGC and founder-style content âą Research competitors, customer reviews and comments for angles worth testing âą Direct editors, designers and creators so the output matches the brief âą Keep a test log so the team knows what has been tried and what won
đŻ Requirements
âą 2+ years in creative strategy or performance creative for DTC ecommerce brands âą You can read ad account data and explain why something worked âą Strong written English and a feel for direct response writing âą Able to produce concepts at volume without quality dropping âą Comfortable giving clear feedback to editors and designers
đïž Benefits
