📋 Description

• Design static ads for Meta • Create social media thumbnails and graphics • Design product packaging • Create website and landing page assets • Produce select email designs • Create other brand and marketing assets as needed • Execute clearly defined briefs while bringing a strong creative eye • Produce high-quality work with minimal direction

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English required for a 100% English-speaking environment • Strong visual design skills and creative judgment • Experience designing for consumer brands, preferably e-commerce or DTC • Ability to turn a written brief into polished creative • Comfortable working with minimal guidance • Strong understanding of hierarchy, typography, composition, and brand consistency • Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality • Highly organized and comfortable managing a high volume of creative assets • Ability to integrate into an established file organization and naming system • Self-motivated, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
