âą Edit direct response short-form vertical video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube âą Work from scripts and briefs supplied by the creative team âą Add captions, b-roll, music, sound design and basic colour grading âą Produce multiple variations and hook tests from the same footage âą Deliver on a same or next day turnaround
đŻ Requirements
âą 2+ years editing short-form video, ideally performance ads for ecommerce brands âą Strong sense of pacing, rhythm and storytelling âą Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve âą Able to sustain volume without quality slipping âą Organised with files and versions âą Motion graphics and After Effects âą Experience with UGC and creator footage âą Understanding of what makes an ad hook work in the first three seconds
