📋 Description

• Help process and track partner applications for HVAC, Water Heater, Generator, and GSHP programs. • Send follow-up emails and outreach to partners to collect missing information or meet compliance deadlines. • Keep records up to date and flag anything that needs a closer look. • Assist with reviewing existing partner records in the compliance platform, checking for flags and ensuring information is accurate. • Track partner license, certification, renewal, and insurance expiration dates. • Monitor compliance requirements for sales representatives across multiple markets. • Clear the 800+ partner SafeTurf review backlog within a 90–120-day target window, evaluating and dispositioning flags. • Achieve 90%+ on-time partner activation touchpoints and 0% uncontacted expiration lapses within notification windows.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional emails independently rather than relying on templates. • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and comfortable navigating spreadsheets; eager to pick up new tools as needed. • Highly dependable, with consistent follow-through on tasks and commitments. • Comfortable with process-driven, repetitive administrative work, maintaining high accuracy throughout. • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. • Administrative, customer service, or data entry experience is a plus, but not required. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and task management softwares is a bonus.
