📋 Description

• Build trusted-advisor relationships with customer CISOs, CIOs, and other IT executives across Central Eastern Europe • Articulate Palo Alto Networks’ value and influence customers’ cybersecurity capability development • Help customers define strategic journeys toward cyber resilience using industry standards, frameworks, and common practices • Deliver C-level messaging on security trends, customer challenges, and cybersecurity best practices • Integrate Palo Alto Networks platformization value into customers’ cybersecurity transformation plans • Explain high-level technical differentiation across Network Security, SASE, AI Security, Cloud, and SOC transformation • Deliver thought-leadership content at conferences and company-sponsored events • Own customer executive advisory board activities in the assigned geography • Participate in industry associations, communities, governmental groups, and standards initiatives • Use social media, public relations, blogs, white papers, and press interviews to influence the market • Help organizations understand cyber-risk landscapes and create target architectures for long-term cybersecurity strategies • Act as trusted advisor to strategic customers and support platform adoption • Participate in account-team opportunities, peer relationships, opportunity reviews, strategy sessions, and customer interactions through deal closure • Leverage company resources to reduce the time to close larger opportunities • Produce content for field teams to improve awareness, sales tactics, and skills • Deliver targeted Platform or Industry CxO roundtables • Provide long-term local-market guidance to Product Management, Marketing, Global Policy, and other internal teams • Advise on local government relationships, cybersecurity certifications, and operational partnerships in coordination with Global Policy and Unit 42 Threat Research

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a CSO/CISO in a large corporate enterprise • Customer-facing experience in a vendor or consulting organization • Well known as a cybersecurity expert in the Central Eastern European region • Vision for the future of cybersecurity and ability to develop roadmaps • Ability to translate deep technical content for C-level executives • Technical credibility across relevant cybersecurity technologies • Credibility with large audiences, small audiences, and one-on-one meetings • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one additional regional language; Romanian, Czech, or Polish strongly preferred • Innovative thinking and strong problem-solving skills • Bachelor degree in Business, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field, or equivalent military experience; master’s preferred • Minimum 10+ years of experience in risk management, information security, and IT jobs, including at least four years in a senior leadership role • Increasing levels of responsibility demonstrated in employment history • Industry expertise demonstrated through security-group contributions, industry-event speaking, blogs, or white papers on advanced cybersecurity techniques and tools • No immigration sponsorship; applicants must not require employer-sponsored work visas
