📋 Description

• Collaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within the assigned specialization area • Present to customers as the Cortex expert at all levels, from practitioners to senior leadership • Serve as the main technical point of contact for Cortex and support responses to RFIs/RFPs • Lead and support customer demonstrations • Scope and lead Proof of Value projects for prospective customers and partners • Drive technical validation and Proof of Value win rates • Discuss product alignment with customer requirements and differentiation • Architect solutions to strengthen and simplify customers’ security posture • Document High-Level Designs and Key Use Cases • Help customers build and further develop services around Cortex solutions • Lead conversations about industry trends and changes to the security landscape • Discuss competitive offers and position Palo Alto Networks’ solutions as the best alternative • Position Palo Alto Networks or partner-delivered services to ensure proper implementation and value realization • Initiate projects to improve team performance • Implement organizational policies and help others adopt them • Convey customer feedback to Product Management, Technical Marketing, competitive intelligence, and R&D to shape requirements and product features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR environments • Experience working with customers • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude • Solid understanding of Security Operations Center processes • Advanced knowledge of SIEM and/or SOAR solutions • Scripting experience is a plus; Python preferred • Proficient in Dutch and English • Preferably Professional Working Proficiency in French • Ability to support in-person customer meetings and travel as required • Applicants will not receive immigration sponsorship or work visa sponsorship for this position
