📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify, qualify, recommend, and develop customer solutions within SASE, SSE, and Zero Trust security domains • Engage with customers from technical practitioners and architects to CISOs, CTOs, and senior leadership • Lead and support customer demonstrations, workshops, architecture sessions, and technical deep dives • Own and drive Technical Validation projects, Proofs of Value, and customer evaluations • Architect solutions for hybrid workforces, branch offices, cloud environments, SaaS applications, private applications, and internet access • Document high-level designs, key use cases, success criteria, technical assumptions, and implementation considerations • Lead technical conversations on SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, cloud security, SaaS security, data protection, hybrid work, digital experience monitoring, and network transformation • Map customer requirements to product capabilities and articulate technical fit, value, differentiation, limitations, and implementation approaches • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for SASE and SSE opportunities • Support RFIs, RFPs, technical questionnaires, and competitive evaluations • Position professional services, partner-delivered services, and customer success resources • Discuss competitive offerings and position Palo Alto Networks as the best alternative • Provide specialized knowledge in SASE, SSE, cloud-delivered security, network transformation, and Zero Trust architectures • Collaborate with product management, technical marketing, customer success, support, and engineering teams to provide field feedback, escalate technical issues, and influence product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security or SSE/SASE • Experience with L2-L4 Networking, including L2 switching architectures, Spanning Tree, VLANs/trunking, IP routing, static routes, OSPF, BGP, route redistribution, and L4 load-balancing • Outstanding customer communication and problem-solving skills • Experience working with customers and demonstrating problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude • Solid understanding of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP and BYOD solutions • Advanced knowledge of on-premise and cloud-delivered network security technologies • Proficient in English • Willingness to support in-person customer meetings as required for this field sales position • Resumé submitted in English • Must not require immigration sponsorship; the employer will not sponsor work visas for this position
