📋 Description

• Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring, and collaboration experiences • Shape cohesive end-to-end document workflows from drafting to completion • Integrate AI capabilities into authoring, refinement, structure, and automation experiences • Define product direction for modern document systems combining structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaborative workflows • Partner with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models • Collaborate with senior product managers to ensure consistent, connected journeys across PandaDoc • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and product telemetry • Shape the long-term direction of PandaDoc’s Document Domain for flexibility, coherence, and evolving AI capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally across document creation, productivity, collaboration, or content platforms • Proven experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end — from strategy through delivery and iteration • Familiarity with document systems, structured content, and cross-format editing models (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or AI-generated content) • Direct experience shipping AI-powered product features, including defining UX behavior, rollout strategies, and iteration based on real-world usage • Comfortable integrating AI into workflows thoughtfully, focusing on measurable user outcomes • Skilled in rapid discovery and iteration using prototypes, experiments, and AI-assisted tools • Demonstrated AI fluency using AI for analysis, prototyping, and workflow automation • Strong judgment translating ambiguous AI capabilities into dependable product experiences • Strong communication skills to simplify complexity, frame trade-offs clearly, and align cross-functional teams • Pragmatic and execution-oriented, balancing experimentation with prioritization and delivery discipline • Comfortable partnering with deeply technical teams on system design, APIs, and platform constraints
