• Support for Follow The Sun (FTS) change management for all SAP systems, including change freeze activities, migration windows to production, SAP updates, and system upgrade activities. • Use of Solution Manager, SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM), Focused Build, and SAP Transport Management System (STMS) to move application changes across more than 30 three-tier environments, as well as N+1 environments. • Participation in a global Agile team. • Implementation and maintenance of change management controls within SAP systems to ensure system integrity and availability. • Resolution of incidents and problems related to change management across all SAP environments. • Daily global communication with a large number of process and technical teams. • Identification and exploitation of opportunities to improve support efficiency within the teams. • Primary point of contact for process teams, technical teams, and project teams for scheduling changes related to projects and small work items, assisting with change management.

• Availability for out-of-hours support (on-call), covering three geographic regions and providing limited weekend support. • Participation in the Disaster Recovery process.
