📋 Description

• Provide Follow The Sun (FTS) incident management support for all archiving and document management solutions • Maintain system and control integrity and availability • Provide stakeholder reports and metrics featuring key performance indicators • Coordinate the technical execution of major cross-functional activities • Work with EMIT support teams to restore services following unplanned outages • Analyze technical requirements • Produce and update baseline standards documentation • Create and test proof-of-concept systems • Perform system administration activities • Implement monitoring, alerting, and proactive health checks • Provide regular system maintenance, including RFCs, SAP profiles, file system cleanup, login groups, and load balancing • Provide problem management for issues handled by the archiving support group • Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements • Support infrastructure changes, including application, database, operating system, and hardware upgrades • Monitor CPU, disk, spool, and memory capacity • Analyze and resolve performance issues • Execute disaster recovery and cyber recovery tests • Manage data cleanup and archiving • Build and configure archiving and document management solutions and servers • Perform certification for new services • Keep system documentation up to date • Provide technical recommendations for upgrades and patches • Propose and implement new support processes and scripts • Participate as Level 2 and Level 3 support in troubleshooting exercises • Support project activities • Perform archiving and retrieval of data and archived documents

🎯 Requirements

• Must have IT experience • An IT mindset is essential for quickly understanding and learning our work • SAP knowledge is preferred • A background in business processes is preferred
