📋 Description

• Lead small to medium web projects independently from scoping through launch • Build marketing sites and product experiences • Develop using Webflow, WordPress, Strapi, or the stack suited to each project • Partner with designers and push the quality of the work • Communicate directly with clients about estimates, timelines, and tradeoffs • Hire and grow a small development team as the company scales • Set and maintain a high quality bar for web builds • Deliver visually complex, technically clean, and pixel-perfect work

🎯 Requirements

• 5-odd years building for the web, across platforms and frameworks • Ability to pick the right stack for the job and learn new ones fast • Strong design sensibility, including spacing, typography, and motion • Interest in weird, visually ambitious briefs • AI-native approach to work • Comfortable working directly with clients • Portfolio or personal website required • Recent CTC must be provided • Ability to share career highlights within 140 characters • Ability to describe how AI improved your work and provide the Claude chat and relevant links • Ability to discuss how AI has shaped cognitive skills and mental and physical health, with real examples • Role based in India
