📋 Description

• Work as a sponsor-dedicated Clinical Research Associate • Conduct all site management and supervisory activities in assigned oncology studies • Support clinical studies from a home office base within Poland or the relevant region • Work with industry leaders and subject matter experts • Mentor junior CRAs • Use world-class technology • Travel, meet new people, and contribute to the drug development process • Manage sites and protocols within assigned studies

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in site management, with knowledge of clinical trial methodology and terminology • Minimum 1 year experience in independent site monitoring of all types of visits • Science education is a must • Willing to work on oncology trials • Effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize • Good understanding and working knowledge of clinical research • Knowledge of clinical trial phases • Current GCP/ICH knowledge • Knowledge of country clinical research legislation and guidelines
