📋 Description

• Guide literature reviews for regulatory activities, HTA and JCA submissions, AMCP dossiers, global value dossiers, orphan drug designation, publications, and other evidence-generation needs • Lead project kick-off activities and client discussions, agreeing scope, methodology, deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines • Provide expert input on review protocols, complex search strategies, and eligibility criteria • Guide screening, study selection, data extraction, and critical appraisal while overseeing quality • Direct evidence synthesis and reporting, identifying and communicating findings, evidence gaps, limitations, and conflicting evidence • Ensure client-ready quality standards and monitor milestones, timelines, and project financial health • Lead day-to-day client communication, present findings, and own technical, methodological, and deliverable queries • Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members • Contribute to business development, project scoping, change-order requests, and competitive proposals • Contribute to abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and thought leadership • Apply approved AI and technology-enabled workflows with rigorous human quality oversight • Maintain activity guidance, query logs, and decision records

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in a life science or quantitative discipline, such as health economics, economics, mathematics, or statistics • 8+ years of training and extensive experience in health economics • Experience conceptualizing and developing cost-effectiveness and budget impact models • Experience managing modeling projects and leading or coaching a project team • Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written skills • Strong computing skills, particularly in MS Office • High analytical ability and strong attention to detail • Good oral and written communication skills, especially for relaying technical information • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload effectively • Genuine interest in medical research, healthcare provision, and the pharmaceutical industry • Preferred: consultancy environment experience • Preferred: programming/software experience with VBA, SAS, or R
