📋 Description

• Analyze data to create mappings used in data conversion. • Create data maps, validate converted data, and identify and solve complex conversion issues. • Oversee the complete installation of software, where applicable. • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Manage client relationships throughout the implementation process, driving continuous improvement. • Deliver presentations and manage meetings with clients and stakeholders. • Work across a modern stack including SQL Server, ETL processes, and data migration tools. • Collaborate within a high-performing, multi-project team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years' experience, including experience working with a Japanese company. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills. • Knowledge of systems integration and the system development lifecycle. • Proficient in SQL Server and ETL/data migration processes. • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project. • Excellent Japanese (JLPT N2) and strong English communication skills. • Intellectual Property or software implementation experience an added advantage.
