📋 Description

• Support day-to-day finance processes across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, purchase orders, banking, fixed assets and month-end activities • Troubleshoot issues and maintain data quality • Advise Finance and Operations on Business Central best practices • Map and document workflows and identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate processes • Support acquisition-related Business Central workstreams, including data migration, chart of accounts alignment, dimension mapping and setup of new entities • Coordinate functional requirements for third-party integrations • Maintain master data, posting setups, dimensions, financial structures and purchasing approval workflows • Ensure appropriate routing, delegated authority and internal controls • Gather reporting requirements and prepare functional specifications • Support Power BI and Business Central reporting • Coordinate user acceptance testing and contribute to stable releases • Guide end users, provide training and documentation, manage incoming requests and promote consistent Business Central usage

🎯 Requirements

• Strong functional and configuration knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Solid understanding of finance processes and accounting principles, including AP, AR, GL, purchasing, banking, fixed assets and month-end activities • Experience supporting multi-entity or acquisition-heavy environments, including data migration, chart of accounts alignment, dimension mapping and entity setup • Experience with master data governance, dimensions, posting setups, financial structures, approval workflows, permissions and system administration • Experience translating business requirements into system solutions and standardizing workflows • Experience supporting integrations with CRM, payroll, banking and other third-party systems, including coordination of API or middleware changes • Ability to produce functional specifications, test scripts and process documentation • Ability to coordinate user acceptance testing and release sign-off • Experience communicating with Finance, Operations, end users and technical colleagues • Résumé submitted in English • Experience with Power BI, reporting development and AI capabilities within Business Central would be beneficial
