📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to understand workforce needs and develop strategic talent attraction plans • Oversee recruitment processes including job profiling, candidate sourcing, assessment and selection • Promote the employer brand to attract top talent • Conduct market research on talent trends, industry benchmarks and best practices • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and high-demand positions • Screen candidates using competency-based questions and assessment tools • Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate slates • Use data analytics and sourcing metrics to evaluate talent attraction strategies and improve processes • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards and other vendors • Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth sourcing operations • Ensure compliance with labour laws, industry regulations and data privacy regulations • Represent client organizations at networking events, job fairs and industry conferences • Stay current with trends, technologies and best practices in talent attraction • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and support the Delivery Lead with coaching and direction • Lead team huddles and act as the first line of escalation for sourcing leadership • Assist with onboarding and training new team members • Identify process improvements and suggest innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field is preferred • Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required • 5 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required • Extensive specialized sourcing experience in at least 2 industries required • Global sourcing exposure in these industries preferred • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), automation tools and specialized sourcing methods • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to think strategically and align talent attraction strategies to business goals • Strong collaboration skills to guide sourcing teams • In-depth knowledge of industries, job markets and talent trends • Effective project management skills • Proficiency in designing talent attraction solutions • Ability to leverage data analytics and sourcing metrics • Familiarity with labour laws in major markets, employment regulations and data privacy requirements • Adaptability to changing business needs, market conditions and recruitment challenges • Continuous learning and improvement mindset
