📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy model-driven and canvas-based Power Apps • Build and optimize Power Automate workflows • Architect end-to-end solutions across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments • Customize and configure SharePoint lists, Power Query, and disparate systems • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and address process pain points • Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint for process improvement and organizational transformation • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and administration • Lead and participate in code reviews • Contribute to solution delivery from design through deployment and support

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages, MS SharePoint, and Power Query • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Computing) or a related field, or equivalent project-related experience • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale solutions • Strong technical foundation in SharePoint administration, configuration, and customization • Proficiency in Power Query and data integration techniques • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams • Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional development • Microsoft Power Apps certification preferred • Experience in clinical research or life sciences preferred • Experience with additional Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise integration patterns preferred
