📋 Description
• クライアントの窓口となり、Statement of Work、予算、要求、期待値を確認し、プロジェクトの範囲と要件を理解 • クライアント会議の設定・ファシリテーション、薬事サービスのニーズや問題点の議論、戦略的計画の立案 • プロジェクト発足から終了までタイムライン、コスト、人員を管理 • コンサルタントから情報を収集し、スケジュールやリソースの変更を管理 • SOPやプロジェクトマネジメントプランに従ったシステム・ツールのセットアップ、タイムコード設定 • PMDA相談の調整・出席 • トレーニングの設定・管理 • プロジェクトミーティングの準備 • 通訳などのベンダーとの連絡、必要ファイルの提供 • プロジェクト効率・パフォーマンスの改善 • 予算管理レポートの作成、分析、レビュー • その他、会社の指示命令事項
