📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive system test cases for Salesforce enhancements, managed packages, and connected solutions • Perform regression testing and test integrations with other enterprise systems • Maintain testing artifacts and run end-to-end smoke testing during weekend sprint release deployments every three weeks • Understand business requirements and document them as user stories with business analysts • Create Visio flows documenting new and existing business processes and functionality • Administer declarative Salesforce solutions to support sprint work and resolve production issues • Translate requirements into test scenarios and identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle • Collaborate with development and administration teams to resolve issues • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Provide enhancement demos to business stakeholders and support user acceptance testing, including test data creation and training • Analyze bugs, perform root cause analysis, and document results • Stay current on Salesforce releases and assess their impact on systems and tests • Suggest improvements to testing processes and tools • Mentor junior team members in Salesforce testing practices and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Salesforce Administrator Certification • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a strong focus on business analysis, system and integration testing • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, business processes, and Salesforce security • Knowledge of the full sales cycle, from lead generation and request for proposal through the contract lifecycle, including work orders and changes in scope • Ability to administer all aspects of Sales Cloud, including security and access, Flow, approval processes, validation rules, Lightning record pages, reports and dashboards, and data management using Data Loader and Workbench • Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Experience with automated testing tools for Salesforce, such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing • Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques • Practical experience with Agile methodologies and related tools such as Jira • Microsoft Excel skills to clean and manipulate data, including formulas to compare datasets • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to work in shifts from 12 to 9 PM IST and provide support for weekend releases • Experience in healthcare, clinical development, or a related field preferred • Business analyst experience preferred
