📋 Description

• Act as a solution architect for enterprise AI Agent deployments • Design end-to-end system architectures connecting Parloa's platform to complex environments • Solve multi-system integration challenges • Shape conversational experience layer using prompt engineering • Build and configure integrations using integration platforms and APIs • Collaborate with engineers on complex integration scenarios • Validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance • Identify and resolve blockers with internal departments and customers • Scope AI Agent deployments • Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles • Strong systems thinking, with a track record of solving complex technical problems • Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale • Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools • Experience reading and consuming API documentation • Analytical and critical thinker with expertise in risk assessment and problem-solving • Strong project and stakeholder management skills • Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into LLM prompts • Fluency in Italian and English is required
