📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers • Ensure technical builds align with strategic business goals • Lead the gathering and validation of complex requirements for data-driven applications, analytics dashboards, and AI/ML model deployment • Produce functional and non-functional specifications, User Stories, and Source-to-Target Mappings (STTM) • Create wireframes and mockups for data interfaces and reporting tools • Facilitate early stakeholder feedback and alignment • Interpret data trends and assess data quality • Define KPIs that quantify the success of AI initiatives • Identify opportunities to optimise data workflows and integration points across the organisation

🎯 Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be ideal (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, etc.) • Proven background in Data Analytics, Machine Learning (ML) and AI; Machine Learning experience is described as non-essential • Understanding of the lifecycle of a data project, from ingestion to visualisation • Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques • Ability to produce comprehensive documentation • Experience with wireframing and mockup tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Miro • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex Data Lake or AI concepts to non-technical executives • Ability to liaise with senior business stakeholders • Analytics and Reporting experience • Requirements elicitation and experience using wireframes and mockups are nice to have, not essential
