📋 Description

• You capture heating, ventilation and building services specifics as the basis for planning • You prepare offers and measurement/quantity documentation and coordinate with specialist planners • You organize and supervise external contractors while ensuring deadlines, costs and quality requirements are met • You maintain continuous coordination with customers and partners • You are responsible for project documentation, billing and tracking • You lead site managers both technically and disciplinarily • You control building services systems in collaboration with the central control room • You identify and implement technical and organizational optimization potential

🎯 Requirements

• More important than formal education is what you can do and bring — typical entry paths include a degree or vocational training in building services engineering, HVAC, or energy and environmental engineering, with demonstrable project management responsibility • You may come from roles such as Technical Project Manager, Site Manager (TGA), or Senior Installer with leadership responsibility • Knowledge of VOB/B and experience managing multiple site managers and service providers • Structured, results-oriented working style, flexibility and willingness to travel • Experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of site managers • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation ability • Good German language skills, spoken and written • Willingness to travel to changing project locations
