📋 Description

• You record heating, ventilation and building-services characteristics as the basis for planning • You prepare offers and quantity-survey documentation and coordinate with specialist planners • You organize and supervise external contractors while ensuring schedule, cost and quality requirements are met • You maintain continuous coordination with clients and partners • You are responsible for project documentation, billing and follow-up • You provide technical and disciplinary leadership for site managers • You operate and coordinate building services systems in collaboration with the central control room • You identify and implement technical and organizational optimization measures

🎯 Requirements

• More important than formal education is what you can do and bring — typical paths into this role include a degree or vocational training in supply/building-services engineering or energy and environmental engineering, with demonstrable responsibility in project management • You may come from roles such as Technical Project Manager, Building Services Site Manager (BMS/TGA) or Senior Technician/Foreman with leadership responsibility • Knowledge of VOB/B and experience coordinating multiple site managers and contractors • Structured, results-oriented working style, flexibility and willingness to travel • Experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of site managers • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation ability • Good German language skills, spoken and written • Willingness to travel to changing project locations
